  Meet Carla Richards

Carla Richards is an experienced real estate agent serving clients since 2005. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Fort Hays University and later completed her Master's degree at Newman University, both in Kansas. Carla is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Great Plains Association of Realtors, allowing her to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Carla is happily married to her husband, Randy, for 33 years, and they have raised three children together. They also have two wonderful grandchildren who bring them immense joy. Carla has a passion for travel and loves exploring new destinations. She enjoys spending time at the lake and following her kids' various activities in her free time.

Carla is an active member of her community and is involved with the Community Women's Club as well as St. John's Catholic Church. Additionally, Carla is a 4th-grade teacher in Hoisington, KS, and enjoys positively impacting her students' lives.
